How to register for Diabetes School?
Becoming a member of the Diabetes School at the Docos Medical Medical Center is very simple:
- Fill out a short questionnaire called “Starting Survey”. It will take no more than 2-3 minutes.
- Complete a more detailed survey — help our doctors understand your experience and goals for an individual approach.
- Confirm your participation by paying a symbolic fee (you will receive instructions after completing the second questionnaire).
- Join a closed group on social networks where you can communicate and find support.
